Kevin of Widgetwood does an incredible job with reusing whiskey bottles to craft lamps. We love our lamp at the tavern because it is made with our breckenridge small batch bottle that means a lot to us. It is so nice that Kevin can customize a lamp with one of your favorite bottles. I know when I finish a bottle I’m always a little heartbroken when I have to throw it away, and now that is not the case. We love our lamp. It was well constructed and obviously made with such care. I especially appreciate the carefully selected details, like the aged leather lampshade, and the burnished brass fittings, as well as the color coordinated cord. Furthermore, The lamp shade gives off such a beautiful glow, which really suits the lamp and it’s style. Plus, this lamp is truly unique due to the barrel shavings inside the bottle which is such a clever touch. I would highly recommend Widget Wood lamps to anyone looking for a quality lamp that is really a work of art.
